TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E55 OF 2021 By John Odhiambo Migono, of P.O. Box 432, Suna in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Migono Okebe, who died at Kajulu I Sub-location, on 10th June, 1997. CAUSE No. E57 OF 2021 By Rose Mmboga Ongero, of P.O. Box 552, Suna in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezibon Ongero alias Hezbon Ongero Katonga, who died at Bware Sub-location, on 26th December, 1999. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2021 By (1) Marwa Gichane Mwita and (2) Daniel Masakwe Chacha, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maginga Mkee, who died on 10th June, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
