TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E122 OF 2020 By (1) Raymond Kipngeno Kirui and (2) Teddy Purity Chepngetich, both of P.O. Box 154-20406, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion amp Kurgat alias Simion arap Kurgut, who died at Samutet, on 31st October, 2020. CAUSE No. E141 OF 2020 By Sarah Jemutai Sigilai, of P.O. Box 323, Sondu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Jeptanui Kole alias Tapilile w/o arap Kole, who died at Tabaita, on 5th June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
