TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th March, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1435 CAUSE No. 134 OF 2019 By (1) Obadiah Maganga Mwanyumba and (2) Eddah Majala Mwanyumba, the deceased's widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Wagunga Mwanyumba, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 5th July, 2010. CAUSE No. E22 OF 2019 By Julius Gikunda Mukiint, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tonny Mwirigi Gikunda, who died at Ikeek Lemedungi, on 4th November, 2019. CAUSE No. E38 OF 2019 By Moses Kasairo ole Lenkarip, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lenkaripu, who died at Osilalei sub-location, on 19th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E40 of 2019 By Joseph Gitau Mungai, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lusia Wanja Mungai, who died at Kenyatta Nationa Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
