CAUSE No. 130 OF 2021 By (1) John Ndung'u Kinyua and (2) Stephen Mathenge Kinyua, both of P.O. Box 110, Milangine in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinyua Githua Ndei, who died at Mutarakwa, on 10th April, 2018.
