TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 169 OF 2020 By (1) Teresiah Wanjiru Kirungu and (2) Stephen Mwangi Kirungu, both of P.O. Box 9708-02000, Thika in Kenya, through Messrs. Njoki Nganga & Associates, advocates of Thika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate of James Nyotu Gathua, late of Komu, who died there on 19th May, 2019. CAusE NO. 170 OF 2020 By (1) Florence Gathigia Muriuki and (2) Joyce Muthoni Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 55, Karatina in Kenya, through Messrs. Njoki Nganga & Associates, advocates of Thika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate of John Mungai Mwaura, late of Thika, who died at Gigiri, on 27th August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
