TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 72 OF 2017 By Ngendo Muiruri, of P.O. Box 35-90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Njuguna, who died at District Hospital, Thika, on 25th April, 1971. CAUSE No. 60 OF 2020 By Bernadetta Mawia Mwendwa, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eric Kyalo Kitheka, who died at Eastleigh, on 17th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary• and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
