TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 327 OF 2020 By Josephat Omulamah Shisia, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Matende Mulumbi alias Johnstone Mutende Mulumbi, who died at Shirotsa, on 10th May, 2016. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2021 By Okeya David, of P.O. Box 95, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osielo Okeya alias Osiolo Okeya, who died at Doho, on 19th April, 2011. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2021 By Norman Shikuku Akali, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akali Mukuba alias Morris Akali Omukuba, who died at Eshirali in 2002. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2021 By Peter Khuira Shisia, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rajab Shisia Kasamani, who died at Ibokolo in 2019. CAUSE No. E6 OF 2021 By Patrick Nasiche Tubula, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Tubula Nasiche alias Tubula Nasiche, who died at Ebubala in 1985. CAUSE No. E7 OF 2021 By Mishaka Ongoma Asira, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Asira Ongoma, who died at Buchenya, on 26th September, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
