TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 70 OF 2021 By (1) Consolata Auma Semo and (2) Rose Akoth Atieno, the deceased's daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oloo Atieno, who died at Border 1 in 1978. CAUSE No. 72 OF 2021 By (I) John Otieno Siangla and (2) Maria Okumu Siangla, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esau Siangla Orwa, who died at North East Kano Location, on 4th May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
