TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 78 OP 2019 By (1) Sylvester Okoth Odhitunbo and (2) Beatrice Awino Owisso, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Nicodemus Odhiambo Handa alias Odendo Hands and (2) Joseph Awor Hands alias Awor Honda and (3) Nyakesa Hands, who died on 12th February, 1989, 1st May, 1997 and 1st September, 1999, respectively. CAUSE No. 11 OF 2021 By Emmanual Nyalual Yahuma, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Yahuma Nyamul, who died on 15th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2021 By Paustfunt Makokha Oyuoma, of P.O. Box 55, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased's stepmother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oduor Oyuoma, who died at Tingare West Sub-location, on 13th June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
