TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 271 OF 2020 By (1) Ebby Muhonja Kidiya and (2) Kevin Oyando, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Onde Okwoma, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2018. CAUSE NO. 278 OF 2020 By Fanuel Oliver Nyandoya Omuka, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashono Omukah Nyandoya Alela alias Kulema Nyandoya, who died at Bunyore Location, on 12th July, 1969. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2021 By Edith Muzengo Mudanya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Chavasinya Obatso alias Chavasinya Obasto, who died at Buguna Sub-location, on 16th July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
