TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.65 of 2020 By Daniel Kimutai ICirui, of P.O. Box 44, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimawach arap Sitienei, who died at Silibwet Sub-location, on 1st January, 1984. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2021 By &mud Rere, of P.O. Box 57, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimetet arap Mainek alias Kimatete A. Mainek, who died at Satiet, on 4th July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
