TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 42 OF 2019 By Elvis Mzungu Bofu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enoch Japhet M'Rabu, of Kilifi, Kibaoni, who died at there, on 12th April, 2011. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2019 By (1) Lennox Chitole Mwanyanje and (2) Michael Dan Ngige, the deceased's son and purchaser, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lennox Chisiwa Nyoka, who died at Ngamani, Kilifi, on 9th October, 1999. CAUSE No. E57 OF 2020 By Joseph Brown Mwangome Katoi Chillumoh, the deceased's son. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chilumo Gwabi Gambo, who died on 24th June, 1990. CAUSE No. E50 OF 2021 By Mnyazi Mwavumbo Mwatsuma, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwavumbo Karisa, who died on 26th August, 1983. CAUSE No. E51 OF 2021 By Fredrick Mwango Nyale Genya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyale Genya Ndore, who died at Mtepeni, Kidutani, on 16th May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
