TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E34 OF 2020 By Joseph Warega Lubalo, of P.O. Box 520, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Warega Lubalo alias Warega Lubalo Warega, who died on 21st October, 1981. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2021 By Stephen Juma Nyangweso, of P.O. Box 44, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rajab Nyangweso Waswa alias Nyangweso Waswa, who died on 26th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
