TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2020 (E8 2020) By (1) Soita Makuto and Reuben Makuto, both of P.O. Box 91, Matete in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makuto Mukonyo, who died at Tombo, on 10th August, 1992. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2021 By Francis Katamu Imbiakha, of P.O. Box 147-50103, Malaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saul Imbiakha Wambetsa, who died at Shivanga Sub-location, on 10th December, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
