TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2020 By Leah Jemutai Rotich, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Kangogo Rotich, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 9th May, 2017. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2021 By Dorothy Jebet, of P.O. Box 70-30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Chepkong'a Chesire, late of Baringo, who died at St. Jude, on 12th January, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
