TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E63 OF 2021 By Rosener Ndungwa Muli, of P.O. Box 49720-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Mwongeli Muli, who died at Shauri Moyo, on 13th July, 2019. CAUSE No. E70 OF 2021 By Muasya Kwinga, of P.O. Box 140-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwinga Mutwandoo, who died at Sengani, on 9th March, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
