CAUSE No. E107 OF 2021 By Godfrey Malavuti Malombe, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Malombe Muthinzi, who died at Kitui, on 16th April, 1992. CAUSE No. E109 OF 2021 By Zale Moya, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moya Nzakyo, who died at Kitui, on 3rd July, 1983. CAUSE No. E110 OF 2021 By Wango Munyalo Mutisya, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyalo Mutisya Layu, who died at Kitui, on 20th March, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
