TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 198 "B" OF 2019 By Thomas Ngulu, of P.O. Box 758-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Nguli Mwendi, who died at Kitui, on 31st December, 2007. CAUSE No. 65 OF 2020 By Dennis Kiema Mutinda, of P.O. Box 252-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Mutinda Mbono, who died at Kitui, on 15th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
