TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2021 By Beatrice Mukina Mbindi, of P.O. Box 41, Nziu, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbindi Kitonga Nthei alias Mbindi Kitonga, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Musau Muema and (2) Lazarus Muange Muema, both of P.O. Box 61-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Muema Muasya, who died at Ponya Surgicals, Makueni in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
