TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2020 GAzErrE NOTICE No. 2391 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KISUMU PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2020 By (1) Argwings Muga Osano and (2) Vitalis Ouma Osano alias Peter Ouma Osano, both of P.O. Box 48-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johannes Osano Warlero, who died at Kanyakwar, on 15th December, 1989. By (1) Kipruto Suluny and (2) Rael Sitienei, both of P.O. Box 55, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptarus arap Nugu, late of Cheptiret, who died at Kokwet Sub-location, on 22nd June, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
