NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th January, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1549, in Volume DI, Folio 30/355, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Florence Wambui Kanyi, formerly known as Florence Wakarima Kanyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Florence Wakarima Kanyi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Florence Wambui Kanyi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Florence Wambui Kanyi only.
