TENDER

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, the owners of toyota land cruiser Model HZ J 78R-R JMS, Engine 1HZ 4164, Frame No. JTERB71J400074471, Trans/Axle R151F A02A, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of the notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is currently lying at yard of Messrs Concorde Motors (Mombasa) Limited, of P.O. Box 83264– 80100, Mombasa, upon payment of repair costs, accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the said vehicle shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
