TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El 1 OF 2020 By Ephilancia Mgoi Mabishi, of P.O. Box 74, Mwatate in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fednard Mabishi Mwanyumba alias Mabishi Mvvanytimba, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2011. CAUSE No. E23 OF 2020 By Rose Zighe Mwaidoma, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaidoma Kalula Mwaidoma, who died at Wundanyi, on 30th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
