Box 64, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustinus Ojwang Asan alias Asan Ojwang, who died at Ugunja Sub-location, on 30th May, 1993. CAUSE No. 42 OF 2020 By (1) Millicent Aluoch Onyieno, (2) Jared Odhiambo Raguma and (3) Fredrick Ouma Ragumo, all of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, son and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Onyiengo Waganda alias Onyiengo Waganda, who died on 25th March, 1976.
