TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E2 OF 2021 By Susan Akello Ouma, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gwadi Osogo Dembe, who died on 23rd July, 2017. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2021 By Brooke Adhiambo Otieno, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asha Otieno Kunga, who died on 19th June, 2012. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2021 By (1) Elly Ogalo Oniamba and (2) Johnson Abade Oniamba, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Habakuk Oniamba Ajuoga alias Oniambo Ajuoga, who died on 30th January, 2004. CAusE No. E5 OF 2021 By Elly Odongo Owuor, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Ategu Owuor, who died on 14th November, 2006. CAUSE No. E6 OF 2021 By Tobias Kuye Mitoke, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Mitoke Kuye, who died on 9th January, 2015. CAUSE No. E34 OF 2021 By Margarita Gati Dede, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dede Weke, who died on 25th March, 2017.
