TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 110 OF 2019 By (1) Zakayo Kimeu Mutisya and (2) Simon Makau Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 45, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Mutisya Mutuku, who died at Kondo, Kithendu, on 19th July, 1996. CAUSE No. El8 OF 2020 By Beth Wandia Mutiso, of P.O. Box 24580-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Mutuku Kimeu, who died on 19th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
