TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2020 By (1) Wilfred Gisiri Chacha and (2) Matinde Chacha Matiko, both of P.O. Box 1, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Chacha Matiko, who died at Sakuri Sub-location, on 26th May 2017. CAUSE No. 18 OF 2020 By Jones Soprai Marna, both of P.O. Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mama Chacha Kehongo alias Marwa Chacha, who died at Siabai Sub-location, on 29th September, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
