TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E29 OF 2020 By Dalmas Otieno Okano, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvanus Ochola Okumbo, who died at Andingo, Opanga, on 10th July, 2004. CAUSE No. E16 OF 2021 By (I) Jared Omondi Nyang'or and (2) Henry Augustine Nyang'or the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyang'or Sigu, who died on 22nd December, 1979. CAUSE No. E20 OF 2021 By Joash Ochola Odipo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odipo Athuol, who died on 27th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
