TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 70 of 2020 By Ramadhan Nambwaya Malala, the deceaseds' son and nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Shahan M. Wechuli alias Shaban Malaba Wechuli and (2) Bakari M. Sakane alias Bakari Malala Sakane, who died at Mirere Sub-location and Khalaba Sub-location, on 10th September 1999 and 10th April, 2007, respectively. CAUSE No. 87 OF 2020 By Alex Musonye Shikuku, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Weyimi Amulunji alias Mark Weyimi, who died at Nuclear Sub-location, on 20th October, 1977. CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2020 By Helida Akinyi Hagoi, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Wire Odanga, who died at Bungasi Sub-location, on 19th December, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
