TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 316 OF 2020 By Peter Onyango Kwoka, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kwoka Oweti alias Joseph Kubona, who died on 28th December, 2009. CAUSE NO. 326 OF 2020 By Richard Ochieng Randiga, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ochieng Randiga alias Richard Ochieng, who died at Regea Sub-location, on 14th October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
