TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 223 OF 2020 By Plister Awino Ombogo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) OcuodhO Oluero and (2) Migele Ogweno, who died at Ndori Sub-location; Siaya in 1987. CAUSE No. 286 OF 2020 By Benard Ochieng Okeyo, the deceased'd nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerald Otieno Ongera, who died at Usigu, siaya, on 27th March, 2018. CAUSE No. MC6 OF 2021 By Joab Odhiambo Okendo, of P.O. Box 57, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Okendo Oloo alias Okendo Oloo, who died at Karapul, on 17th June, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
