TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E9 OF 2020 By Ngwasi Itiku, of P.O. Box 1, Ikanga in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Itiku Muli, who died at Ithumula Sub-location, on 30th November, 2016. CAUSE No. El0 OF 2020 By Ngenesi Komu, of P.O. Box 1, Mutomo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kohut Kilove, who died at Kitoo, on 7th December, 2013. CAUSE No. El 1 OF 2020 By Nzembi Mwalimu, of P.O. Box 1, Mutomo in Kenya, the deceased's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kailu Mangeli, who died at Kitoo, on 1st November, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
