TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El 1 OF 2020 By (1) Moses Cheloti Khaemba and (2) Pius Juma Khaemba, both of P.O. Box 151, Naitiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Khaemba Sanane, who died on 5th March 2011. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2020 By Eliud Simiyu Nyongesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nyongesa Obambo, who died at Dreamland Hospital in Kenya. on 6th February 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
