Box 1569-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogato Ondigo alias Ogato Ondigo Matoima, who died at Matunwa Location, on 8th June, 1988. CAUSE No. 93 OF 2020 By Henry Nyabuto Nyabongoye, of P.O. Box 1425-40200. Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyabongoye Keraa, who died on 22nd January, 2003. CAUSE No. 356 OF 2020 By (I) Charles Mogeni and (2) Franciscah Maria Mogeni, both of P.O. Box 139-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Mogeni Bwonda alias Kerubo Mogeni, who died at Bogialcumu. on 25th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
