TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E63 OF 2020 By Mary Auma, of P.O. Box 52, Muhuru Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Okech Ombajo alias Joseph Okech, who died at Amoyo, on 3rd Octobery, 2020. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2021 By (I) Sophia Robi Mwita and (2) Rose Atieno Mwita, both of P.O. Box 253-40413, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mwita lkwabe, who died at Kombe, on 28th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
