TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2021 By Benjamin Kipkemboi Sitet, of P.O. Box 1870-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsitet Bartumbelio, late of Koitugum, who died there on 29th March, 1983. CAUSE No. E6 OF 2021 By Daniel Koech Mengich, of P.O. Box 3200-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, trough Messrs. Mukabane & Kagunza, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemesunde Pomet, who died at Siro Auto, Trans Mara, on 17th April, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
