TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E24 OF 2020 By Thitu Ng'ang'a Simon, of P.O. Box 11-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flacia Nyakanini Ng'ang'a, who died at Nyamathi Village, on 6th January, 2012. CAUSE No. E40 OF 2020 By Irene Siparo Mwangi, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwangi Amos Njuguna alias John Mwangi Njuguna, who died at Site, Enkare Junction, on 17th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
