TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 358 OF 2020 By John Otieno Obuya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambwaya Oluoch, who died on 26th June, 1976. CAUSE No. E31 OF 2020 By Absalom Rombo Aguyo, of P.O. Box 17, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Oike Were. who died on 6th June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
