TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. F43 OF 2020 By Mary Warnbui Gakuo, of P.O. Box 72, Lunga Lunga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jethro Gakuo Paul, who died at Ramisi, Msarnbweni, Kwale, on 5th August, 2007. CAUSE No. E46 OF 2020 By (1) Abdulwahid Mohamed Haji Aboo, (2) Abdulhamid Mohamed Haji Aboo and (3) Sagib Abdulmajid Mohamed, the executors named in the deceased's written will, for a grant of probate with written will annexed to the estate of Abdulmajid Mohamed Haji Aboo, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2019. CAUSE No. E47 or' 2020 By Nirmalaben Sudhir Lalshanker Vyas, of P.O. Box 43353-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sudhir Laishanker Vyas alias Sudhir Lalshanker Jeshanker Vyas, who died at Devgadh Buis, Gujarat, India, on 13th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
