TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By (1) Anna Maria Vallin and (2) Enrico Veronese, both of via Amedeo Carisio No. 57, Verona, Italy, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for the sealing of a grant of letters of administration intestate issued in another country to the estate of Veronese Alberto, who died at Verona, Italy, on 20th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
