TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2020 By Kennedy Musungu Kitunguru, of P.O. Box 1460-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haron Kitunguru Jandie, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 2017. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2020 By Lydia Bunyali, of P.O. Box 1753-50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zadock Agona Bunyali, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 21st January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
