TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E 11 OF 2020 By (1) Annetriza Ekessa, (2) Julie Wendy Ekessa, (3) Ronald Ekimar Ekessa and (4) Diana Akisa Ekessa, all of P.O. Box 5, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Quintus Ekessa (Dr.), who died at Aga Khan Hospital, Nairobi in Kenya, on 9th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
