TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E48 OF 2020 By (1) Michael Kerich Cheptorus and (2) Julius Kipngetich Marindany, both of P.O. Box 830, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ludia Taplule Cheptorus, who died at Ainapkoi, on 26th August, 2006. CAUSE No. E2 OF 2021 By (1) Richard A. Rotich and (2) Leonida Chemutai Cheramgoi, both of P.O. Box 903, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Kiprotich Cheramgoi, who died at Chebwagan, on 13th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
