ACT
NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners
of Beiben Truck Reg. Nos. KCB 358D and KDB 962T-JCI3127/6423,
to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Nelion Trading
Limited, Refinery Place, off Refinery Road, Changamwe, within thirty
(30) days from the date of this publication notice failure to which the
said motor vehicles will be disposed off without further reference to
the owners to defray storage charges and related charges in accordance
with the Act.
