GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11678

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the disposal of uncollected goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KCA 909V, SBM Bank (Kenya) Limited, of P.O. Box 34886-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle, which is lying at the premises of Scania East Africa Limited, Kibarani Makupa causeway, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of attendant storage and advertisement charges. Unless the said motor vehicle is collected, Scania East Africa Limited shall without further reference to the owner sell the said motor vehicle and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the accrued charges.
