NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and order under CR. Case No. 1427 of 2012 by the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nairobi, Milimani Law Courts to the Owner of motor vehicle, lying idle and unclaimed within Nairobi Area Police Station, at the ATPU Parking, to collect the said motor vehicle, at the said Police Station within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. Failure to which Astorion Auctioneers Nairobi shall proceed to dispose off the said motor vehicle, by way of Public Auction on behalf of The Republic as directed by the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nairobi, Milimani Law Courts CR.
