COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above part development plan was on 24th May, 2021 completed. The development plan relates to land situated within Migori Town. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the Director, Physical Planning and Urban Development and County Physical Planning Officer, Migori. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the Director, Physical Planning and Urban Development and County Physical Planning Officer, Migori, between the hours of 8.00 am. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Housing and Urban Development, P.O. Box 195-40400, Suna, Migori, within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 18th June, 2021.
