REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chepsiror arap Mutai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Nandi/Kombe/179, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas in the senior principal magistrate's court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 192 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Elseba Jepkemei Kemboi, whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue land title deed to the said Pricila Elseba Jepkemei Kemboi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chepsiror arap Mutai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
