REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kutit ole Musheni (ID/1067010), of P.O. Box 11, Ngong Hills in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all those pieces of land containing 0.404, 135 and 2.63 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kjd/Ntashart/2804, 2805 and 2806, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers issued thereof are lost, and whereas efforts to trace them have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land registers provided that no objection has been received within that period.
