REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maasai Sanctuary Limited, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 100.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Lorngosua/78, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
